SHIPPING POLICY

In the case of multiple products under your order, the products will be shipped in parts or together depending on the vendor and the delivery duration mentioned in the product information page. Shipping will be charged for order below Rs 2,000 and will be free for orders above Rs 2,000. All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinised in detail by MiniRoo in accordance with its policies and practices. MiniRoo shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion. In the event that your request for return of a product is approved, MiniRoo will issue a Credit Note to your MiniRoo account of the same value as the amount paid by you for the product that is returned.

Any return requests have to be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product.
